17/08/2017: District Administration organized awareness program on CM’s Flagship Program “DEEN DAYAL UPADHAYA BUNKAR YOJANA, CHIEF MINISTER’S KRISHI RINN YOJANA & DEDS & NLM (Nabard)” in collaboration with AMYAA NGO and NABARD DDM Roing for the Weavers and Farmers of Lower Dibang Valley District at Anchal Samity Hall, Roing.
The program was participated by Smti Cheshta Yadav, IAS ADC, Smt Sipi Elapra Linggi, ZPC, Shri M. Dirchi, DPO, HoDs, and Bankers. A total of 198 weavers and farmers from different villages took active participation in the program. R. K. Paul Chawang, Secretary AMYAA welcomed the participants, Dirchi DPO gave a brief introduction on the schemes. Shri Nitya Milli, DDM NABARD Roing as a main resource person made detail PPT presentation on the above mentioned schemes. ADC madam in her message encouraged the participants to avail the schemes and asked the participants to approach her and her department for any help while applying the schemes. ZPC
madam too asked the participants to avail the schemes and take the benefits.
AMYAA organized the program inspite having known that the program had been already organized 3 times by the District Administration. AMYAA having formed 15 Farmers Clubs and 48 SHGs in different villages realized that the Schemes have not been made aware to the general public and the genuine interested beneficiaries. Thus, huge interested participants who turned out from different villages made the program a success. Doubts and clarification raised by the participants were all clarified by the Bankers, Resource person and the HoDs present in the program.
