The first Community Innovation StartUp Hub has been jointly inaugurated by DC Roing Mitali Namchoom IAS, SP Sanjay Kumar Sain IPS, and Yadav Payeng “Forest Man of India” in the presence of volunteer delegates from all over India, prominent dignitaries, community leaders, budding entrepreneurs, SHGs and students. The Community Innovation StartUp Hub is first of its kind in the Country. The interior design of the Hub has been professionally designed by Phidi Pulu, (alumni of IIT Mumbai) by using local raw materials. This Hub has been initiated by AMYAA NGO.
This Hub is the outcome of voluntary professionals of national and global importance who comes together to create community innovation and entrepreneurship centre. Free for all to take their ideas to market (i2m). A space where one can learn to develop sustainable low cost technologies in areas of energy, water, health & hygiene, agriculture tools and innovative products by adapting globally emerging technologies as grassroots functional models leading to skill development and entrepreneurship for sustainable development of youth with ecological and cultural responsibilities.
The StartUp Hub will connect local youth and potential of Roing with national and global experts thereby empower them through technological and financial literacy, and provide infrastructure support to make their own innovative products and provide mentor-ship to local entrepreneurs to access global communities.
