In yet another massive campaign for Clean and Green Roing, i-Clean Roing Volunteers and 3rd Semester B.Ed Students of Kasturba Gandhi Institute of Higher Educaton Roing in collaboration carried out Cleaning drive cum Campaign for segregation at source today. A total of 48 B.Ed students and faculties joined in the weekly spot fixing of i-Clean Roing Volunteers. The cleaning drive and awareness campaign was carried out from Roing Town main road to Gas Agency, Roing. The highlights of the day’s activities comprised of cleaning the street, house to house, shop to shop awareness program on source segregation. The volunteers and students cleaned the surroundings of shops, homes and rent houses but the challenge still remains to make the shop keepers
, pubic and rent inmates to participate in the cleaning drive. For i-Clean Roing Volunteers making the community members who live around the spot fixing area to participate continue to remain a challenge. Thanks to HDFC Bank Roing for sponsoring Caps to the i-Clean Roing Volunteers.
