A journey with Dr. Sapna Poti from TATA Trust, Delhi and Mr. Mandeep Bordoloi of NEIDA, Naharlagun. Despite inclement weather, bad rough condition, non-connectivity of phone & internet the three (Dr. Sapna, Mandeep & Self) took off for 4 days (20th – 23rd June 2017) of hetic schedule & journey to remotest villages of the twin Districts of Lower Dibang Valley and Dibang Valley of Arunachal Pradesh (India).
